He said, stadium construction stages should refer to laws. Its main criteria is to be technically integrated with master plan in related sectors, economically and financially feasible, and consortium has an adequate financial ability.
"I appreciate consortium side who has conducted pre-feasibility study. Generally, after it is submitted, it has met 90 percent of 168 indicators and sub-indicators used for feasibility study requirements," he conveyed while leading Jakarta Stadium Feasibility Study Data Requirements Coordination Meeting, City Hall, Wednesday (5/30).
He explained, Jakarta Provincial Government must cooperate and coordinate with Regional Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPDBU) in PMPTSP Dept. regarding stadium feasibility study data needs.
"From land ownership and status evidence, reservoir naming, topography map, geospatial data, up to environmental and social monitoring in surrounding area should be ensured," he affirmed.
He added, more detailed data such as capital readiness evidence and updated feasibility are also needed to complete the feasibility study. Then, KPDBU readiness and other things need to be followed up and completed.
"After all documents are completed, we will enter feasibility study phase," he said.
